BULLS AND DOGS ROTTERDAM

After working together with Bulls and Dogs on their stand in the Foodhallen and their first restaurant at the van Woustraat in Amsterdam, we embarked on our third project together. Bulls and Dogs spread their wings outside of Amsterdam and landed in the harbour city of Rotterdam. V3RS had the privilege to start from scratch in the 240 m2 space. Together with different parties we were responsible for the structural design and complete interior for what would become the third Bulls and Dogs establishment.

Inspired by the essence of Bulls and Dogs and the new location we created an industrial Rotterdam version of the look and feel we designed in Amsterdam. A fully custom interior is the result of merging these the essentials. In the backyard of the ‘HEF’-bridge, we had to incorporate the green legend in the interior. Functioning as a centrepiece table is a smaller version of this bridge, complete with concrete foundation. The harbor theme in the custom tables and light objects was essential in the design to make the habitants of Rotterdam feel at home. Large copper letters from the logo decorate the impressive and classical façade at the Oostzeedijk. The delicious hot dogs and milkshakes in the Rotterdam establishment are now available for everyone to enjoy in a real Rotterdam interior.
